Justyn D. Alioto

Justyn D. Alioto is a Georgia trial and appellate attorney whose practice focuses heavily on Georgia COAM litigation, arbitration, regulatory disputes, and complex commercial litigation matters throughout the State of Georgia. He represents businesses, operators, licensees, and individuals in high-stakes disputes involving the Georgia Lottery Corporation (“GLC”), arbitration-related litigation, contract disputes, business torts, and related commercial and regulatory matters.

Mr. Alioto has developed a statewide practice involving disputes arising within Georgia’s COAM industry, including matters involving location licensees, master licensees, operators, business owners, and related entities operating within highly regulated business environments.
