Biography
Justyn D. Alioto is a Georgia trial and appellate attorney whose practice focuses heavily on Georgia COAM litigation, arbitration, regulatory disputes, and complex commercial litigation matters throughout the State of Georgia. He represents businesses, operators, licensees, and individuals in high-stakes disputes involving the Georgia Lottery Corporation (“GLC”), arbitration-related litigation, contract disputes, business torts, and related commercial and regulatory matters.
Mr. Alioto has developed a statewide practice involving disputes arising within Georgia’s COAM industry, including matters involving location licensees, master licensees, operators, business owners, and related entities operating within highly regulated business environments. His practice includes arbitration proceedings and arbitration appeals, contract-renewal and termination disputes, GLC regulatory and enforcement matters, emergency business litigation, ownership and operational disputes, license-transfer and sale matters, and related litigation involving complex procedural and regulatory issues.
Because of his extensive involvement in COAM-related disputes, Mr. Alioto provides clients with substantial insight into the evolving statutory, regulatory, and procedural framework governing Georgia’s COAM industry. His practice also includes regulatory and enforcement-related disputes involving alleged violations of Georgia’s gambling statutes, business tort claims, and related commercial litigation arising from highly regulated operations.
In addition to representing parties in Georgia COAM disputes, Mr. Alioto is approved through National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) to serve as an arbitrator in Georgia COAM matters arising under the Georgia Lottery Corporation regulatory framework.

Mr. Alioto earned his Juris Doctor from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
